FSSAI strictly prohibits reusing cooking oil where Total Polar Compounds (TPC) exceed 25%. Stored raw paneer, milk, and vegetables must be kept under 5°C with clear FIFO (First-In, First-Out) expiration tags.

If contaminated mess food results in gastroenteritis or hospital admission, students are entitled to 100% medical bill reimbursement + mess fee refund under Section 2(47) of the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

Upon filing a ticket, Food Safety Officers (FSO) conduct surprise physical raids, seal 4 identical sample jars in front of witnesses, and dispatch them to NABL accredited government testing laboratories.
